She graduates from the Music Conservatory in Adria, Italy. V. Simeoni started her training with Raina Kabaivanska in 2004 in Verona and continued in Academia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, in Vecchi-Tonelli Music Institute in Modena, as well as in the master classes at New Bulgarian University. She won a series of competitions: Pavarotti Competition, Viotti International Music Competition, Verdi Voices Competition.

Veronica Simeoni is a star among contemporary Italian mezzosopranos. She performs in the most prestigious world opera theatres - Metropolitan Opera in New York, Covent Garden in London, La Scala in Milan, Rome Opera, Arena di Verona, Teatro Real in Madrid, Teatro del Magio Musicale in Florence, Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Teatro Reggio in Turin, Teatro Comunale in Bologna, opera theatres in Moscow, Zurich, Mexico city, Kennedy Center in New York, Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome and many others.

Her repertoire includes: Carmen from „Carmen“ by Bizet, Charlotte from “Werther” by Massenet, Adalgisa from „Norma“ by Bellini, Leonor de Guzman from „La Favorite“ by Donizetti, Selika from „The African girl“ by Meyerbeer, Amneris from „Aida“, Preziozila from „La Forza del destino“, Princess Eboli from „Don Carlos“, “Requiem” by Verdi, Margarita from „La Damnation de Faust“ by Berlioz, Symphony No. 9 by Beethoven etc.
