      He graduated piano and classical singing at the Conservatory in Adria. He was trained by Raina Kabaivanska at Chigiana Academy in Siena, at Vecchi-Tonelli Music Institute in Modena and in her master classes at New Bulgarian University.


      Matteo Ferrara is a soloist at Teatro La Fenice in Venice. He has debuted at Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, La Scala in Milan, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro Pavarotti in Modena, Teatro Reggio in Parma, Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Macerata Opera Festival, Teatro Real in Madrid, Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, Teatro Municipal in Santiago de Chile, Concertgebaum in Amsterdam, Sofia Opera, Bunka Kaikan in Tokyo etc.


      His repertoire includes: Fiorello in “ll barbiere di Siviglia” by Rossini, Masetto in “Don Giovanni” by Mozart, Marchese d'Obigny in “La Traviata”, Marulo in “Rigoletto”, Montano in “Otello” by Verdi and others.
